Rotary indexing table for near-continuous marking

The RT400 is a rotary indexing table that keeps a marking laser working almost continuously. It carries two loading positions and rotates 180° between them, so an operator loads and unloads one side while the beam is still marking on the other. On series production that recovered time is the whole point of the machine.

Magic Mark control software

Every ACI system is driven by Magic Mark, the supplier's own marking software. It handles text, graphics, barcodes and Data Matrix codes, serial numbers and logos, and will mark right around a cylindrical part without a rotary attachment.

Operator permissions are set per user group, so a machine on the shop floor can be locked to running jobs while programming stays with the people who own it. On an automated line Magic Mark runs unattended and exchanges job data with your existing systems; plug-ins add code generation and scripting where a process needs them.

Class 1, with a light curtain

The RT400 is a turnkey Class 1 system, so it guarantees operator safety without any additional safety equipment on your side.

An integrated light curtain adds a second layer of protection: break it and every process stops, and the cycle resumes when the start button is pressed again — which is what makes loading one side safe while the other is being marked.

Extraction and filter systems for the fumes produced during marking are available as an accessory, with the connection for an external unit built in.
