Configurable robotic bending for mid-sized parts
RBS 40 is the platform to configure when the part mix is broad. The press brake, the input station and the output station are all choices rather than fixtures, so the cell can be specified around what you actually make — PPED, PPEB, Easy-Form or ToolCell, fed by input boxes, a preloader or a pallet tilter, unloaded to pallets, drop units or a conveyor. Programming stays offline, and the cell can be run by hand when a one-off job does not warrant setting up the robot.
