Overview
Robotic bending for small parts
RBS 4 is the entry point into LVD's robotic bending platform: a compact cell built around either the electric-drive Dyna-Press Pro or the hydraulic PPED, sized for small parts run in volume. Programming happens entirely offline in CADMAN-SIM — there is no robot teaching, so a new part goes from drawing to bent sample without anyone standing at a pendant. The cell runs robotically or by hand, which matters on a mixed order book where not every job justifies automation.
