Outstanding results on the edge and on the surface

The SMD-3 S Edition is built for work where the surface matters as much as the edge. Several brush heads working in different directions produce a multi-directional finish and uniform edge rounding up to a 2 mm radius, on material from 1 mm to 120 mm thick and up to 1350 mm wide. It will run sheets carrying coating, laser foil, imprints or punched-out holes, and parts down to 50 × 50 mm via the PowerGrip belt, magnetic track or vacuum table.

High-end grinding patterns and strong edge rounding

Three configurations are available — SMD 335 REE, SMD 335 RER and SMD 345 REER — differing in the number and type of units, and so in power draw, weight and depth. The specification table below covers all three.
