Deburring, edge rounding and finishing
Overview
The SMD 123 RE is LISSMAC's entry point into dry deburring and finishing. Two rotary wheels give consistent edge rounding and a directionless surface finish on steel, stainless and aluminium from 1 mm to 50 mm thick, without the set-up work a surface polish usually demands. It needs no vacuum, which makes it quieter and cheaper to run than machines that do, and its 1600 × 1800 mm footprint fits where a full line will not.
Aggregates run independently of one another and the grinding belt speed is infinitely variable, so one machine covers a burr-removal job and a surface-finish job without a mechanical changeover.
