Edge rounding on both sides and oxide layer removal in one operation
Overview
The SBM-XL S2B2 combines edge-rounding and oxide-removal units in one heavy machine and lets you run them together or independently — so the same machine handles a part that only needs its edges broken and a part that has to come out ready for coating. Both faces are processed at once on material from 0.5 mm up to 50 mm thick, and stored programs recall the settings for repeat work.
Running the rounding and brushing units separately is the point of this machine: it means one heavy line covers both a deburring job and a full coating-preparation job without a second machine or a second pass.
