Overview
The SBM-XL G2S2 is the heavy end of the range, built for laser-cut parts that need edge rounding and oxide removal in the same pass. A solid frame, high load capacity and 49.8 kW of grinding power let it hold consistent edges on every outside and inside contour, and slag falls downwards and away from the workpiece rather than through it. For repeat work, processing parameters are recalled from stored programs.
Two grinding units and two rounding units run against a solid frame rated to 300 kg per running metre — the specification you want when the machine is fed continuously from a laser rather than in batches.
