Oxide layer removal on both sides in one operation
Overview
The SBM-M B2 brushes rather than grinds. In a single pass it strips oxide, scale, rust and dirt from both faces of a sheet up to 20 mm thick and blends every sharp edge, inside and outside contours alike. The process is chipless and needs no extraction, and the protective oil film on the sheet is left in place — so parts come out cleaner without becoming vulnerable to corrosion before the next operation.
Because the B2 brushes the surface instead of cutting it, there are no chips to collect and no extraction plant to install and maintain — a meaningful difference to the cost of getting the machine running.
