A manual welding laser sized for fine work

Manual laser welding puts the operator in direct control of the weld. The part sits in the working chamber, the operator views it through a stereo microscope, and the beam is triggered exactly where it is needed — no programming, no fixturing, no setup time between jobs. For one-off repairs and short runs, that is a far faster route to a finished part than an automated cell.

The VLO 60 is built around that workflow. The working chamber is well lit and generously sized for its footprint, the controls are laid out for gloved hands, and the whole unit sits on a standard bench without special services. Its 60 W output produces a small, stable weld pool that will not distort thin sections or blow through fine detail.
