This range of 4-roll section bending machines is designed for superior versatility and performance. The increased distance between the side rolls allows for larger bending radii, while the mechanical design eliminates secondary components, ensuring higher torque transmission and minimal flat sections at the ends of profiles. These machines can operate both vertically and horizontally, adapting to a wide variety of production requirements. All components are pre-lubricated and sealed with a dedicated system for lifetime lubrication, while CNC automation options provide precise and repeatable control. Specialised models for spiral pipe production feature reinforced motorisation, shorter shafts, stronger side guides for improved push and pitch control, calibration rolls for precision, and multi-directional front supports. These enhancements provide the operator with full control while maximising the machine’s mechanical and hydraulic capabilities. In advanced linear guide versions, the side rollers move along a rectilinear axis, reducing the distance between rolls. This allows the pinching point to occur in a shorter space, enabling the machine to bend smaller diameters with exceptional accuracy, stability, and repeatability. The straight section at the end of the profile is minimised, producing optimally formed profiles throughout.
