The AL-TW laser welding system is a workbench with an integrated fiber laser.
This modular laser welding system can be equipped with 300, 450, 600 or 900 W laser sources, which are integrated into the workbench. The modular design offers greater flexibility than other welders – you can add a wide range of objectives and focal lengths, optimized for your unique welding jobs.
Whether deposition welding, repairs, series production, medical technology components or sensors, the AL-TW laser welding system offers the right laser performance and plenty of accessories. If your needs change later, you can upgrade the 300- and 450-watt models to double the performance.
During laser welding, workpieces are moved on the work bench´s three axes. The vertical Z-axis can lift workpieces of up to 450 kg and there is an optional rotation axis for turning the workpieces.
The laser and movement system are easily operated from an intuitive touch screen on the side console. You can choose manual welding with the joystick, semiautomatic welding or automatic welding with WINLaserNC software.
Versatile applications — Suitable for deposition welding, repairs, small-series production, medical components, and sensors.
Scalable performance — Upgradeable laser power ensures long-term adaptability to changing demands.
Operator flexibility — Choose between manual joystick welding, semi-automatic operation, or full CNC automation.
Robust handling capacity — Supports heavy workpieces up to 450 kg with precision motion control.
Customisable optics — Wide range of lenses and objectives to match the requirements of each unique welding job.
