Optional tooling, such as nylon inserts for aluminium profiles, and three-dimensional hydraulic side guides, provide additional support and control during bending, protecting sensitive materials and maintaining precision. For spiral pipe production, specialised models feature reinforced motorisation for increased power, shorter shafts, stronger side guides for improved push and pitch control, and calibration rolls to ensure consistent accuracy. Front supports with multi-directional movement provide operators with complete control over the bending process.

In advanced linear guide models, the side rollers move along a rectilinear axis, reducing the distance between rollers. This allows the pinching point to occur in a shorter space, enabling the machine to bend smaller diameters with exceptional precision and stability. The minimal straight section at the end of the profile produces optimal results across all geometries.
