Machine interface: Coordinates operational functions between the Remmert system and other machines, exchanging information on interlocks and safety functions.

Safety devices: The system is equipped with protective fences, gates, light barriers, and emergency stop controls to ensure safe operation.

Remote Connector: An IoT box that establishes a secure internet connection from Remmert Service to the on-site system, enabling remote maintenance.

Shelf system: Powder-coated steel construction with welded and screwed profiles. Height, depth, and storage space are adjusted according to cassette number and format. Cassettes rest on two support arms; stations and drive-throughs are customised.

Overrunning RBG: The storage/retrieval unit runs over the shelf system like a bridge. A lowerable lifting traverse removes cassettes from the left or right side via a telescopic mechanism.

Load carrier: Cassettes are individually manufactured based on material dimensions. Each can store materials up to 5 t or over 12 m in length.

Tunnel solutions: Tunnels allow transitions to other hall areas, optimise space use, serve as loading lanes, or accommodate processing stations efficiently.

Building-bearing construction: Bridge bearings can be designed as independent silo-type buildings, reducing construction complexity while ensuring structural stability.

Automatic cantilever bearing: Long goods can be stored on cantilever arms instead of cassettes. The overrun storage and retrieval unit uses telescopic forks to handle individual items.

Underfloor bearings: Storage locations are partially or fully placed underfloor or in a pit, ideal for hillside locations or areas with structural height restrictions.
