LVD Easy-Form® precision press brakes are based on LVD’s PPEB Series, equipped with state-of-the-art hydraulics and electronics, and offered in multi-axis configurations to suit a broad range of bending applications.
Designed with the operator in mind, Easy-Form and PPEB press brakes are now more functional and user-friendly. An optional LED lighting system illuminates the back gauge and front work zone areas to provide better operator visibility and increased worker safety. Status lighting built into the press brake ram covers offers a visual indication of the machine’s operation status, enabling more effective shop management to achieve higher throughput.
All Easy-Form® press brakes now feature the new and exclusive Touch-B graphical user interface touch screen control . Touch-B is LVD’s latest generation 19” touch screen control, anew intuitive, intelligent and powerful PC based CNC control which allows users to shorten ‘Art to Part’ time and to ensure optimal bending results are achieved from the first part. Complete with an on board Windows® operating system and LVD’s CADMAN-B 3D programming software. Touch-B utilises a totally new icon driven touch screen system to allow users to release the full potential of LVD’s bending technology.
Touch-B works with LVD’s ‘Intelligent database system with thousands of previous ‘real’ bending results being held in the machine. LVD’s interactive databases store all the ‘live’ data the users will need including, optimised flange lengths, bend allowances, angle corrections and spring-back.
Choosing between a high powered fibre laser and an ultra high powered fibre laser can significantly affect production efficiency, operating costs and long term return on investment. While larger power ratings often appear attractive, selecting the highest available kilowatt level is not always the most practical solution for Australian and New Zealand manufacturers. The right … High Powered Vs Ultra High Powered Fibre Lasers
Smart automation is transforming metal fabrication by helping manufacturers reduce labour dependency while improving productivity, consistency and operational efficiency. Across Australia and New Zealand, fabricators face ongoing challenges including rising wages, skilled labour shortages and increasing pressure to remain competitive in demanding markets. Traditional fabrication processes often rely heavily on manual handling, repetitive tasks and … How Smart Automation Reduces Labour Costs In Metal Fabrication
