Strippit PA-Series 'Autoload' Load-Unload System

The Strippit PA-Series automatic load/unload system provides continuous, uninterrupted processing, delivering more value and productivity for punching applications within an idea price to benefit ratio The system reduces manual worksheet handling time by as much as 80% and provides efficient processing of materials up to 3,5 mm.

Offered in two configurations: PA-1225 supports sheet sizes up to 2500 x 1250 mm; PA-1530 handles materials up to 3048 x 1524 mm, with raw material bundle capacities of 2500Kg (1225 version) and 3000Kg (1530 version) respectively. Both systems work with minimum sheet sizes of 500 x 1000 mm.

A cost-effective system, the PA-Series is also compact with a space-saving design that loads and unloads material from the same side of the punch press.

The system is simple and easy to use with an integrated ‘joblist’ function within the Fanuc control of the punch press.

A full brush table reduces part scratching. Other standard features include a double sheet detection device to prevent loading of more than one sheet at a time and a sheet separation device, which effectively separates sheets for automatic loading. The sheet separation device can be used with ferrous or non-ferrous materials.

The Strippit PA-Series is retrofitable for Strippit VX, V, and M-Series CNC turret punch presses.

Compact Tower CT-P

The Compact Tower (CT-P) for select models of Strippit CNC turret punch presses is affordable, mid-level automation that provides full capabilities for loading, unloading, and storage of raw material and finished parts.

The space-saving system provides increased productivity by allowing optimal material flow for the uninterrupted processing of high-quality punched parts. The CT-P facilitates unmanned, “lights out” production in a compact cell environment.

The CT-P is offered in a 6-pallet or 10-pallet configuration. The system handles workpieces as large as 2500 x 1225 mm and material thicknesses in sheet weights up to 90 kg. It has a maximum load/unload pallet storage capacity of 2500 kg.

Pallet construction is engineered for compact setup and safe forklift manipulation. Spreading magnet, air gun, and peeling cylinder sheet separation devices are used to prevent loading of more than one sheet at a time and effectively separate sheets for automatic loading.

The CT-L system is operated via an intuitive touch screen graphical user interface ensuring that operation of the CT-L is both fast and efficient.

The CT-P is available for Strippit VX, V, VT and M Series punch presses. The punch presses are engineered as automation-ready and can be integrated or retrofitted with the tower unit.
